I have not been Jasmine's DSP float very long but Jasmine goes above and beyond for the Daybreak/Caregiver team. Jasmine is the HC of one of the ladies homes and she is excellent with the ladies. She is always taking the individuals on different outings . Jasmine whenever asked to run other's doctor's appointment when someone else can't she never complains, although we know the job can be challenging at times she doesn't let it deter her from what needs to be done. Jasmine is an all around team player and that is what I look for in a good staff. These are just a few of the attributes that I have observed from this DSP.
