Services in the program will help people become employed and live as independently as possible in the community.

The (HCS) program provides individualized program development and community support services for individuals with an intellectual disability.
Care CLS Services
Caregiver Tennessee feels very strongly about the many positive benefits of Family Model services (CLS-FM) and is an advocate of this model as being the primary choice of CLS residential service provided.
ECF Program
The Employment and Community First CHOICES program is administered by TennCare through its contracted managed care organizations. It offers services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services in the program will help people become employed and live as independently as possible in the community. All new enrollment is in the Employment and Community First CHOICES program, as DIDD’s waivers are closed to new enrollment.
CLS Program
Caregiver Tennessee may occasionally have an opening for CLS residential living as defined in the first definition listed below, however, Caregiver Tennessee feels very strongly about the many positive benefits of Family Model services (CLS-FM below), and is an advocate of this model as being the primary choice of CLS residential service provided.
