Caregiver’s Idaho family of companies — Journeys Developmental Disability Agency, HAS, LLC, and Journeys Vocational Services — provide a full continuum of person-centered supports across the state. From early skill-building and behavioral supports to employment and community living, our Idaho programs help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve meaningful growth, connection, and independence. We are currently serving Blackfoot, Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Rexburg, Rigby, and Twin Falls.

Journeys DDA

Day, Community & Skill Development Services

Journeys, DDA provides individualized developmental therapy, adult day programs, and community-based activities focused on building life skills, confidence, and independence.

Services are coordinated through Idaho Medicaid/DD programs and delivered at home, in the community, or in program settings, with a focus on meaningful engagement, social connection, routine, and skill development that supports long-term community living.

Residential & In-Home Supports

HAS, LLC provides 24-hour and hourly supported living, nursing, and habilitation services for adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in Idaho.

Supports are person-centered and tailored to individual goals, with help that may include daily living skills, personal care, health and safety supports, and coordination with each person’s care team so individuals can live as independently and comfortably as possible in their community.

Vocational Services

Journeys Vocational Services partners with the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (IDVR) to help individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment.

Services include individualized job planning, job development, on-site job coaching, and long-term supports funded through IDVR, EES, or CSE programs—plus Social Security Ticket to Work (EN) services—to help people build skills, succeed on the job, and grow toward their employment goals.

Brandi

Brandi Perkins

Administrator and Program Director - HAS, LLC

Brandi Perkins has been with HAS since 2015 and currently serves as Administrator and Program Director, overseeing the Supported Living Program, including client referrals, compliance, and ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction of those served.

She has held previous leadership roles including Regional QIDP, Child and Adult Transition Program Director, and QIDP Director. Brandi holds a degree in Psychology from Idaho State University and is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran (2001–2009). She brings extensive experience in leadership, crisis intervention, behavior management, and advocacy, and has received multiple honors and certifications in the human services field.

Bio

Brandi has 4 Tennessee Walking Horses and over 20 English Pointer Bird Dogs. She and her husband breed, train, and compete with bird dogs through the American Field Trial Association and at any given time, we are raising 1-2 litters along with our other adventures. She also has 3 teenage children and only 7 gray hairs, so she considers herself lucky!

Journeys Administrator - DDA

Darci Kearn has over 20 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, bringing a deep passion and commitment to supporting both children and adults as they learn, grow, and discover who they are. Her work is driven by a genuine connection to the individuals and families she serves, and a belief in empowering each person to live a meaningful and independent life.

As the Journeys Administrator, Darci leads with compassion, consistency, and a strong focus on quality care and support. Her background reflects a dedication to service, advocacy, and creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Bio

Darci is a proud boy mom and stays active as both a roller derby athlete and a group fitness instructor. As a military veteran, she brings discipline, resilience, and leadership into everything she does—both professionally and personally.

Beau James

Program Director - Journeys Vocational Services

Beau James has been connected with Journeys in various capacities since 2015, building his career around compassionate leadership and thoughtful service. He began working with the IDD community as a Targeted Service Coordinator while completing his Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. That experience strengthened his commitment to person-centered services and shaped his continued professional growth.

Beau brings a steady, relationship-focused approach to his work and is dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and teams with care, purpose, and consistency.

Bio

Beau has been married to his wife for 16 years, and the two first met in daycare. Together, they are raising three children and stay actively involved in their local and faith communities.

Outside of work, Beau enjoys gardening, working with his hands, spending time with family, and running throughout the year.
