Direct Support Professional
Our DSP team supports, empowers, and uplifts individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by providing safe, compassionate care, building meaningful relationships, and encouraging independence in daily life.

Oversees daily operations in a residential setting, ensuring quality care and staff support. - DSP Float

Home Coordinator
Our Home Coordinators are essential leaders in our residential programs—ensuring individuals with IDD receive the highest quality care in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. They guide and support DSP teams, manage daily operations, and uphold the values of dignity, inclusion, and independence.

Leads a residential home, supporting staff and ensuring consistent, person-centered care. - Residential Services Director
Oversees multiple homes, mentors Home Coordinators, and ensures program excellence. - Regional Director of Operations

Our Nursing & Health Services team plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through skilled, compassionate care. From RNs and LPNs to LVNs and licensed behavioral health professionals, each role contributes to the health, safety, and emotional well-being of those we serve.
Career Growth Pathway (varies by license & role):
- Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, LVN)
Provides medical care, medication oversight, and health support tailored to individual needs. - Behavior Support Provider (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, BCBA)
Develops and implements person-centered behavior plans and provides clinical oversight. - Health Services Coordinator / Lead Nurse
Oversees clinical care in a region or cluster of homes, supporting staff and ensuring compliance. - Director of Health & Behavioral Services
Leads multi-site health service strategies, policy implementation, and team development.

From behavior planning and crisis prevention to health monitoring and emotional support, this team delivers person-centered care rooted in dignity, respect, and evidence-based practices.
