What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a critical role in promoting the health and safety of individuals in our programs. You’ll provide both routine and emergency care, support medication management, and ensure high standards of nursing documentation and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and emergency health assessments
- Perform physician-ordered medical procedures
- Coordinate with medical professionals to secure appropriate care
- Track health data, identify trends, and escalate concerns
- Participate in planning conferences and recommend health objectives
- Train and guide staff on individualized health protocols
- Ensure compliance with nursing best practices and Caregiver policies
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas)
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 1 year of RN experience within the past 3 years
- Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Team-oriented with a compassionate, professional demeanor
