Operations Manager

Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential facilities, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services. The director will manage staff, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for residential facilities
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners
• Manage budgets and financial operations for residential facilities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a residential facility
• Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to residential care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
