Join Caregiver – Where Purpose Meets Professional Growth

About the Role

If you’re looking to launch your career in healthcare operations or client services, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while gaining hands-on experience in a mission-driven organization.

As a Client Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations — ensuring every client receives uninterrupted, high-quality care. You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes details that keep our services running smoothly — from onboarding new clients to keeping eligibility and authorizations up to date. You’ll work closely with our intake, billing, and clinical teams, learning how care delivery works across an entire organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate new client onboarding and documentation — your organization sets the tone for their experience
  • Manage renewals for service authorizations and funding to keep client care running without interruption
  • Verify client eligibility and maintain accurate records in our electronic health systems
  • Act as a go-to connector between teams — intake, billing, clinical, and operations
  • Conduct quarterly service reviews and identify opportunities for process improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) — ideal for recent grads interested in healthcare, social services, or operations
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong time management and follow-through
  • Clear, professional communication and a passion for helping others
  • Eagerness to learn Medicaid and IDD service processes — training provided!
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tech tools

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Career Growth: Gain hands-on experience that builds a foundation for careers in healthcare administration, compliance, or management. Be a part of tomorrow’s company leadership by gaining exposure and consideration for the Operations Management Training program!
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Everything you do directly supports individuals with IDD — helping them live fuller, more independent lives.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive team that values curiosity, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Work in our Las Colinas (Irving, Texas) office 3+ days a week with the flexibility to manage your schedule.
  • Training & Mentorship: We’ll help you learn the systems, processes, and industry insights to grow your skills and confidence.
  • Benefits: Access to a suite of insurances – medical, dental, vision, life insurance (paid), short/long-term disability, 401K, 2 weeks of PTO, 8 paid holidays

What Else You Need to Know

  • This position involves frequent walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing and talking. This position involves extended periods of computer use and manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
